Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Authority AI (the "Service") operated by Evolva AI FZE LLC ("we," "our," or "us"). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. Description of Service

Authority AI is an AI-powered platform that helps professionals create LinkedIn content through voice conversations. Our Service:

• Conducts voice interviews to extract your expertise and stories
• Generates personalized LinkedIn posts based on your insights
• Provides images and formatting for professional content
• Allows you to edit and customize generated content

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. By using Authority AI, you represent that you meet this age requirement.

3. Account Registration

To use the Service, you must:

• Provide accurate and complete information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
• Be responsible for all activity under your account

4. Subscription and Billing

Free Trial

• New users receive a trial period of 7 days, 7 generated posts, or 3 conversations (whichever comes first)
• A valid credit card is required to start the trial
• If you reach 7 posts or 3 conversations before 7 days, you must manually subscribe to continue
• If you do not cancel before the trial ends, you will be automatically charged for a monthly subscription

Monthly Subscription

• Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance
• Billing occurs automatically on the same day each month
• You authorize us to charge your payment method on file
• You are responsible for maintaining valid payment information

Cancellation

• You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or the Stripe customer portal
• Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period
• You retain access to the Service until the end of the paid period
• After cancellation, you will not be charged again

5. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to:

• Use the Service for illegal purposes
• Generate content that violates LinkedIn's terms of service
• Share your account credentials with others
• Attempt to reverse-engineer or hack the Service
• Upload malicious content or attempt to disrupt the Service
• Use the Service to create misleading, defamatory, or harmful content
• Impersonate others or misrepresent your identity

6. Content Ownership and Rights

Your Content

• You retain full ownership of all content generated through the Service
• You are solely responsible for the accuracy and appropriateness of generated content
• You may use, edit, publish, or delete your content as you see fit
• We do not claim any ownership rights to your generated content

Our Rights

• We retain ownership of the Service, including all software, AI models, and technology
• You may not copy, modify, or redistribute any part of the Service
• Our brand, logos, and trademarks remain our property

8. LinkedIn Integration

Authority AI analyzes your public LinkedIn profile to personalize content. You are responsible for:

• Ensuring your LinkedIn account is in good standing
• Complying with LinkedIn's terms of service when publishing content
• Understanding that we are not affiliated with or endorsed by LinkedIn

9. Service Availability

We strive to provide reliable service but do not guarantee:

• Uninterrupted access to the Service
• Error-free operation
• Specific content quality or results
• Compatibility with all devices or browsers

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the past 12 months
• We are not responsible for lost profits, reputation damage, or business interruption
• We do not guarantee specific business results from using the Service

11. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately if you:

• Violate these Terms
• Engage in fraudulent activity
• Abuse or misuse the Service
• Fail to pay subscription fees

Upon termination:

• Your access to the Service will cease immediately
• You will not receive a refund for any unused portion of your subscription
• We may delete your account data after 30 days

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by:

• Email notification
• Notice on the Service
• Updated "Last Updated" date at the top of this document

Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Sharjah, UAE.

14. Dispute Resolution

Before filing any legal claim, you agree to:

• Contact us at oleg@buildauthority.ai to attempt informal resolution
• Provide at least 30 days for us to address your concern
• Participate in good faith negotiations

15. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full effect.

16. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Evolva AI FZE LLC regarding the Service.
